Build the core platform: member portal, assessment engine, employer network, and claims processing. You'll own large surfaces across the stack — Next.js frontend, API layer, data pipelines — and make architectural decisions that stick. This is not a "implement tickets" role. You'll co-design the system.
Own B2B pipeline — from initial conversations with design partners to enrolled company agreements. Own B2C — community strategy, the Solve to Save activation flywheel, launch campaigns. You'll be the first GTM hire, which means you set the culture of how Gatoms sells and grows.
Build the proprietary Skill Pulse engine. We use a licensed assessment platform in Y1–Y3 while you design and build the replacement — proprietary by Y5. You'll own the technical architecture of Gatoms' core differentiator: the verified, trajectory-based scoring system that every recruiter sees and every member depends on.
