Kirandas was laid off. He rebuilt — earning a US Patent, managing AI teams, becoming Staff Data Engineer at Uber. But he never forgot the gap: the weeks of uncertainty between employment and re-employment that no product existed to fill.

Gayathri was on the other side — handing pink slips as an HR professional, watching talented people walk out with nothing but uncertainty. The Gatoms founders have lived both sides of this problem — and brought the engineering depth to build the system that fixes it. That's why they're building the infrastructure to fix it.

Gayathri and Arundas join. The founders bring direct relevance to the problem — Kirandas's layoff experience, Gayathri's HR perspective, and the engineering depth to make the Skill Pulse profile work.

2025 Q1

Legally incorporated. Self-funded. The Solve to Save pipeline and Skill Pulse module enter development.

2025 Q2

5 B2B design partners pre-qualified and ready to pilot — zero paid marketing. 1000+ B2C waitlist members.

2025 Q3

Kirandas resigns from Uber as Staff Data Engineer to work full time on Gatoms.
