Data Analyst

About this role

TechCorp Inc is hiring a Data Analyst to join the data team and support two business units: Customer Success and Revenue Operations. You'll be the primary analytics contact for both units, owning dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and the data models that power them.

The role spans everything from SQL queries to dbt model ownership to presenting findings to senior leaders. You'll work closely with our data engineers on pipeline quality and with product and ops on KPI frameworks.

This is a generalist analytics role with depth requirements — you need to be strong technically (SQL, Python basics) and strong in communication (turning analysis into decisions).

What we're looking for

• ✓2–4 years of data analyst or business intelligence experience in a B2B context
• ✓Strong SQL — you write complex queries confidently and optimise them when needed
• ✓Experience with dbt for data modelling and a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
• ✓Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
• ✓Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely
• ✓Bonus: Python (pandas) for data manipulation; experience with revenue operations or CS analytics
