TechCorp Inc is scaling its core platform and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the infrastructure pod. You'll own large backend services end-to-end — from greenfield design through to on-call — on a team that ships to production multiple times per week.
This role is primarily distributed systems and API design. You'll work closely with 3–4 other engineers on reliability, scalability, and performance across services that handle millions of daily events. The team operates with high autonomy and a strong code review culture.
Beyond IC work, you'll contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and participate in incident response. We care deeply about observability — if you can't measure it, we don't ship it.
