UX Designer

About this role

Tila Commerce is a personal finance app with 2.5M active users in India. We're building experiences for users who are interacting with money for the first time — the bar for clarity, trust, and ease is exceptionally high.

As a UX Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for the payments and savings product areas. You'll work directly with a product manager and 3 engineers, conducting your own user research, running usability tests, and iterating on designs in production.

We're a small design team (3 designers total) with a high degree of autonomy. If you want to own your work and see it ship, this is the environment for it.

What we're looking for

• ✓3–5 years of UX or product design experience on consumer mobile apps
• ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from research to production
• ✓Proficiency in Figma; experience with prototyping tools for interaction design
• ✓Experience running usability tests and synthesising research into design decisions
• ✓Comfort working in a lean team where design, research, and QA are often the same person
• ✓Bonus: experience in fintech or any domain requiring trust-building in UI (healthcare, insurance, etc.)
