Product Manager

About this role

Halcyon Works is a workflow automation platform serving mid-market companies in India and Southeast Asia. We're looking for a PM to own our integration ecosystem — the layer that connects our platform to the tools our customers already use (CRMs, ERPs, data pipelines).

You'll work closely with a dedicated engineering pod of 5 and a design partner. You own the roadmap, write the specs, run the customer discovery calls, and track adoption metrics. We ship every two weeks.

This is an IC PM role with significant scope. We don't have PMs who manage PMs here — you'll be working directly with the founders on strategy and directly with engineers on execution.

What we're looking for

• ✓3–6 years of B2B product management, ideally in a platform or integration context
• ✓Comfortable writing detailed technical specs and working closely with engineering on implementation
• ✓Experience with SQL for basic data analysis; you can answer most product questions without waiting on a data analyst
• ✓Track record of launching features and measuring outcomes — not just shipping, but learning
• ✓Strong written communication skills; most of our collaboration is async and documented
• ✓Bonus: experience with integration platforms (Zapier, MuleSoft, custom middleware)
